About the Role

SEI Wireless Solutions is seeking an experienced Sales Account Executive to deepen and expand our market footprint. You’ll be a trusted advisor to clients across industries—destination management, healthcare, hospitality, education, construction, events, and enterprise—guiding them to tailored wireless communication and safety solutions that fit their business goals. You’ll own the sales cycle from prospecting through close and after-sale partnership.

  • Experienced Seller: 4–8 years driving revenue, closing deals, and managing complex accounts with measurable success.

  • Team Player: Works with marketing and operations to deliver seamless service and best-in-class follow-through.

What You’ll Do

  • Build and manage your sales pipeline — new business and expansion within existing accounts.
  • Present and demo SEI’s suite of solutions (two-way radios, BDA/DAS, Avigilon video, access control, integrated communication systems).
  • Lead discovery conversations, craft proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals that align value with client outcomes.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and client networking opportunities as an ambassador of SEI Wireless.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor, ensuring clients feel supported through implementation and long-term growth.
  • Provide accurate forecasting, maintain CRM hygiene, and partner with internal teams to enhance customer experience.

Requirements

  • 5–10+ years of sales experience (ideally in wireless communications, technology, security systems, enterprise solutions).
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally as needed.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
  • Authorized to work in the U.S.; background check and drug screening required
  • College degree preferred, and perhaps the school of hard knocks makes for a keen sense motivation.

About the Role

SEI Wireless Solutions, a Motorola Solutions Platinum Channel Partner, seeks a polished and strategic Senior Account Executive (SAE) with a proven track record in enterprise-level wireless communication and security technology sales. This high-level role focuses on closing large, complex deals across verticals, including healthcare, higher education, stadiums, municipalities, public safety, and corporate enterprise.

As a key member of our sales team, you’ll represent the complete suite of Motorola Solutions, from two-way radios and BDA systems to Avigilon video surveillance, access control, and integrated security solutions under Motorola’s Solving for Safer mission.

This role is ideal for a seasoned professional already in the wireless or security solutions space and ready for a long-term opportunity with a leader in the South Florida market.

Who You Are

You bring 5–7+ years of success in wireless communications, Motorola Solutions, or security technology sales.
You have experience managing high-value, multi-site projects for enterprise and public sector clients.
You understand the full security technology ecosystem—from radios and BDA systems to access control, video surveillance, and command centers.
You can comfortably engage C-suite leaders, IT directors, and procurement teams.
You’re a self-motivated closer and highly professional with sharp organizational and communication skills.
You thrive in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment and bring precision to every touchpoint.
You’re fluent in CRM platforms and modern sales tools; Infusionsoft or equivalent is preferred.

What You’ll Do

Sell SEI’s full suite of Motorola Solutions offerings: two-way radios, BDA systems, Avigilon video, access control, and integrated communications technologies.
Build and manage a pipeline of enterprise accounts across healthcare, education, stadiums, municipalities, and large private-sector clients.
Close new business, expand existing accounts and guide customers through full project lifecycles—from proposal to deployment.
Conduct on-site system walkthroughs, client meetings, and solution presentations.
Develop and present custom proposals, timelines, and support plans for sophisticated communications ecosystems.
Attend industry events, trade shows, and client networking functions representing SEI Wireless Solutions.
Serve as a trusted strategic advisor with a long-term relationship mindset.

Requirements

Proven sales experience in Motorola Solutions, Avigilon video, and access control technologies.
Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-site solution sales.
Professional communication style with strong executive presence.
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel as required.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a strong plus.
Authorized to work in the U.S.; must pass a background check and drug screening.

The Event Rental Specialist enjoys meeting people and attending events and is a creative thinker who likes challenging and solving problems. SEI’s leadership is vested in your success; we provide our team with hot leads, smart lists, access to networking events, trade shows, dealer leads, and existing house accounts.

To qualify leads, build your portfolio by making outbound follow-up calls to potential and existing customers (via telephone, email, social, and in-person). You need to overcome the technical and business objections of prospective customers. Provide product demos to qualified customers on request. Emphasizes salable features, quotes prices and credit terms, and prepares sales orders for orders obtained. Provide delivery dates to customers based on the firm’s production and delivery schedules. Build and maintain customer relationships. Data entry and update CRM daily. Use various sales techniques and materials – cold calls, presentations, visits, cultivating relationships, networking, and research.

You will prepare quotes and orders and see them through production. Prepare sales presentations. Process orders for installation. Attend weekly sales meetings. Attend ongoing sales workshops and training seminars.

Compensation:

First-year compensation is estimated between $50-60k, and the potential to make over $ 80k – $130K . Third-year potential to make over $200K  . There is a 120-day trial period.
